AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE TAOS COUNTY FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred six thousand dollars ($306,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the eighth judicial district attorney's office for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to operate the Taos county family justice center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
