AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR TAOS PUEBLO DAY SCHOOL.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($115,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to support the Taos Pueblo day school. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
