HOUSE BILL 639

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 15, strike "transit oriented development"

and insert in lieu thereof "project".

     2. On page 3, lines 18 and 19, strike "transit oriented development" and insert in lieu thereof "project".

     3. On page 7, line 8, after "county" insert "or the city of Santa Fe".

     4. On page 7, line 10, after "county's" insert "or the city's".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
