HOUSE BILL 639, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 13, line 25, strike "and".

     2. On page 14, line 24, before the period insert "; and

                (5) not use the power of eminent domain to acquire land to be developed or operated by a private entity".
