AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE JUVENILE JUSTICE CONTINUUM OF SERVICES IN THE SIXTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred forty thousand dollars ($340,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the sixth judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 for the juvenile justice continuum of services. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
