has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. 1. On page 1, line 12, strike the semicolon and on line 13 strike "PROVIDING PENALTIES".

     2. On page 2, line 25, after the period insert a closing quotation mark.

     3. On page 3, lines 1 through 11, strike Subsections C and D in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
