HOUSE BILL 611

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 17, strike "interstate stream commission" and insert in lieu thereof "Indian water rights settlement fund".

    2. On page 1, line 18, after "2007" insert "and subsequent fiscal years".

    3. On page 1, line 19, before "settlement" insert "Pueblo of Taos water rights" and after "settlement" strike "of the".

    4. On page 1, line 20, strike "Taos valley water rights adjudication".

    5. On page 1, line 21, after "of" insert "a" and strike "2007".

    6. On page 1, line 22, after "shall" insert "not".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
