HOUSE BILL 583

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 14, after "ACT" insert "; ELIMINATING PATENTS, TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS FROM THE DEFINITION OF "PROPERTY" PURSUANT TO THAT ACT".

     2. On page 4, line 7, strike the second comma and insert in lieu thereof "and" and on lines 7 and 8, strike ", patents, trademarks and copyrights".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
