    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 568

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 24, after the paragraph designation "(1)" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 25 through "terms" and insert in lieu thereof:

"one member appointed by the governor, one member appointed by the president pro tempore of the senate and one member appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives, each of whom shall serve a term".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
