has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 18, after "committed" insert "for a criminal offense".

     2. On page 1, line 19, strike "or attempting to escape".

     3. On page 1, line 22, strike the colon and insert in lieu thereof "misdemeanor.".

     4. On page 1, strike lines 23 through 25 in their entirety.

     5. On page 2, strike line 1 in its entirety.
