    1. On page 1, line 12, before the period insert "UNLESS THEY HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THEIR SENTENCE".

    2. On page 1, line 17, after the dash insert the subsection designation "A.".

    3. On page 1, line 20, strike "and who is not a convicted felon".

    4. On page 1, line 24, strike the subsection designation "A." and insert in lieu thereof the paragraph designation "(1)".

    5. On page 1, line 25, strike the subsection designation "B." and insert in lieu thereof the paragraph designation "(2)".

    6. On page 2, line 1, strike the ending quotation mark.

    7. On page 2, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following new subsection:

         "B. A person who was convicted of a felony and who meets all other requirements for eligibility may be summoned for jury service if the person has successfully completed all conditions of the sentence imposed for the felony, including conditions for probation or parole."".
