AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR RETIRING THE OUTSTANDING DEBT OF THE HIDALGO MEDICAL SERVICES FACILITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million four hundred eighty-four thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($1,484,450) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to retire the outstanding debt of the Hidalgo medical services facility. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
