has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike “Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000)” and insert in lieu thereof “One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000)”.

    2. On page 1, line 19, after “workforce” insert

 “economic”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
