    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 501

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 10, strike "three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one million dollars ($1,000,000)".

     2. On page 4, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new subparagraph to read:

                     "(h) research and development services;".

     3. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
