    1. On page 1, line 18, strike “year 2007”, and insert in lieu thereof “years 2007 and fiscal year 2008".

    2. On page 1, line 21, strike “2007" and insert in lieu thereof “2008".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
