HOUSE BILL 484

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page l, line 24, strike “guidelines for nurse staffing ratios” and insert in lieu thereof “voluntary consensus guidelines for staffing based on best practices”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
