    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 462, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation

that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 24, line 20, strike "increment" and insert in lieu thereof "imposition".

    2. On page 36, line 22, strike "and".

    3. On page 36, line 25, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    4. On page 36, after line 25, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(7) the state gross receipts tax.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
