HOUSE BILL 459, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, after “DIRECTIVES” strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    2. On pages 31 and 32, strike Section 11 in its entirety.

    3. On pages 33 and 34, strike Section 13 in its entirety.

    4. Renumber sections to correspond with these amendments.
