HOUSE BILL 446

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 22, after "refund" insert "accumulated".

     2. On page 5, line 2, after "refund" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 3 and insert in lieu thereof "any unexpended accumulated member contributions to the forfeited member;".

     3. On page 5, line 22, after "any" insert "membership".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
