has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike all house energy and natural resources committee amendments and strike House Floor Amendment 1.

    2. On page 2, line 15, strike "reclamation" and insert in lieu thereof "reuse".

    3. On page 3, line 9, after "supply," insert in lieu thereof "reuse,".

    4. On page 6, line 13, after "municipality" insert "or by a water and sanitation district".

    5. On page 6, line 16, after "municipality" insert "or water and sanitation district".

    6. On page 14, lines 22 and 23, strike "a person" and insert in lieu thereof "an association".

    7. On page 15, line 7, strike "a person" and insert in lieu thereof "an association".

    8. On page 15, line 15, strike "person" and insert in lieu thereof "association".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
