HOUSE BILL 412

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "PURCHASES OF" and insert in lieu thereof "PROCUREMENT OF PRINTING SERVICES FOR".

     2. On page 1, line 13, strike "PRINTED" and insert in lieu thereof "PRODUCED AND INTENDED FOR RESALE".

     3. On page 5, lines 7 and 8, strike "purchases of books printed by the cultural affairs department" and insert in lieu thereof "procurement of printing services for books produced".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
