has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 3, strike “to” and insert in lieu thereof “, and upon federal approval,”.

     2. On page 2, line 6, strike "an eligible" and insert in lieu thereof "a medicaid-eligible".

     3. On page 2, line 7, strike "medicaid long-term care facility" and insert in lieu thereof "nursing home".
