    1. On page 4, line 24 through page 5, line 1, strike Subparagraph (a) in its entirety.

    2. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.

    3. On page 5, line 2, after "a" strike "post-doctoral" and insert in lieu thereof "predoctoral".

    4. On page 9, line 6, after the period insert:

"The granting of a temporary license to the applicant does not include issuance of a conditional prescription certificate unless the board finds the applicant meets the requirements of Section 61-9-17.1 NMSA 1978.".
