    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 314

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 18, strike "and".

    2. On page 5, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following new paragraph: 

         "(6) be approved and signed by the department of environment or the energy, minerals and natural resources department; and".

    3. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

    4. On page 9, line 3, after "water" insert a period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 4 through 7 in their entirety.

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
