AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR A PILOT FARMERS' MARKET NUTRITION PROGRAM FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to support a pilot farmers' market nutrition program for senior citizens. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
