AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE MATERNAL CHILD HEALTH SERVICES IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public health division of the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to provide for maternal child health services in Socorro county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
