    2.On page 2, line 17, strike “shall” and insert in lieu thereof “may”.

    3.On page 3, line 9, strike “shall” and insert in lieu thereof “may”.

    4.On page 3, line 12, strike “shall” and insert in lieu thereof “may”.

    5.  On page 4, strike Section 6 in its entirety

    6.  Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
