    1. On page 5, line 10, strike "or".

    2. On page 5, line 12, remove the brackets and line through "or".

    3. On page 5, line 13, strike the paragraph designation "(14)" and "persons" and insert in lieu thereof the subparagraph designation "(f)" and "if such employee is".

    4. On page 5, line 13, strike "if" and insert in lieu thereof "and".

    5. Renumber the succeeding subparagraphs as items.

    6. On page 5, line 16, after the period insert "A food processor is an employer that is engaged in the handling, drying, packing, packaging, processing, freezing or canning of any agricultural or horticultural commodity in its unmanufactured state.".

    7. On page 5, line 18, strike "paragraph" and insert in lieu thereof "subparagraph".

    8. On page 6, line 2, remove the brackets and line through "(14)" and strike the underscored "(15)".

    9. On page 8, line 22, after the period insert "The director of the labor and industrial division of the labor department or the director's designee shall study and assess on a biannual basis the effect of the training wage on employee turnover and report the findings to the legislative finance committee.".

    10. On page 9, line 22, after "of" insert "Sections 1 through 3".
