AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SUMMER PRE-FRESHMAN ENGINEERING PREPARATION SEMINARS AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to pay for summer pre-freshman engineering preparation seminars. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
