AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS OF ARROWHEAD CENTER, INCORPORATED, AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to support economic development programs of the Arrowhead center, incorporated, for economic and sustainable development. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
