AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO DEVELOP AND DELIVER DEGREE PROGRAMS IN AEROSPACE ENGINEERING AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to develop and deliver degree programs in aerospace engineering. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
