    1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike “One million dollars ($1,000,000)” and insert in lieu thereof “Two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000)”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
