AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A NEUTRAL CORNER PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES A VISITATION AND TRANSFER AREA FOR CHILDREN OF DIVORCED AND SEPARATED PARENTS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to support a neutral corner program that provides a neutral visitation and transfer area for children of divorced and separated parents in Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
