HOUSE BILL 111

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 23, strike "16" and insert in lieu thereof "15".

     2. On page 1, line 25, through page 3, line 11, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     4. On page 4, line 2, strike "electricity".

     5. On page 13, line 4, strike "final" and after "notice" insert "of determination".

     6. On page 14, line 25, after "utility" insert "subject to regulation of the public regulation commission pursuant to the Public Utility Act".

     7. On page 15, line 5, after the period insert:

     "A municipal utility exempt from regulation of the public regulation commission may recover such costs only if the project has been approved by the governing body of the municipality.".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
