    1. On page 2, line 2, after “institution” insert “ ”or tribal college”.

    2. On page 4, line 1, strike “from a” and insert in lieu thereof “four-year”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
