AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR BERNALILLO COUNTY TO CONDUCT GRAFFITI CLEANUP IN THE SOUTH VALLEY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 for the Bernalillo county anti-graffiti program for graffiti cleanup in the area contained between Central avenue SW on the north, Rio Bravo boulevard SW on the south, Coors boulevard SW on the west and the Rio Grande river on the east in Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
