HOUSE BILL 43

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12 after “APPROPRIATION;” insert

“DECLARING AN EMERGENCY”.

     2. On page 5, insert “Section 3. EMERGENCY.–-It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.”

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
