HOUSE BILL 19

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, after "YEAR;", insert "PROVIDING AN EXEMPTION FROM STATE INCOME TAX FOR THAT REBATE;".

     2. On page 4, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following new section:

     "Section 2. A new section of the Income Tax Act is enacted to read:

     3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
