Synopsis of Bill

Senate Joint Memorial 74 directs the Legislative Council to appoint an interim legislative com-

mittee to study the lottery tuition scholarship program and make recommendations to the legisla-

tive council by December 15, 2005. Further, the joint memorial cites various examples of the

program’s successes.
