The Senate Judiciary Committee amendment to Senate Bill 888 makes technical changes that do

Synopsis of Original Bill
Senate Bill 888 amends the Public Health Act restricting the administration of ultrasonagraphy
or ultrasound to that performed pursuant to an order or referral from a licensed physician, nurse
practioner, certified nurse midwife or physician assistant and mandates fines to include possible
imprisonment.
