Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 859 appropriates $125.0 from the general fund to EDD for collaboration between the
University of New Mexico School of Planning and Architecture and the New Mexico Mainstreet
program for purposes of implementing activities and new initiatives.
PERFORMANCE IMPLICATIONS
EDD does not have agency performance measures for activities related to the Mainstreet pro-
gram.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $125.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any
unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the
general fund.
