SUMMARY
Synopsis of HEC Amendment
The House Education Committee amendment addresses the inconsistency which developed from
Senate Floor Amendments #1 and #3. The amendment strikes Senate Floor Amendment #1.
The membership of the advisory board would remain at a total of fourteen, with four members
representing four-year, public, post-secondary educational institutions and three members repre-
senting two-year, public, post-secondary educational institutions. The representation of the four-
year institutions is specified as:
