Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 558 appropriates $190 thousand from the general fund to the Indian Affairs Depart-
ment for the purpose of counseling programs for Native Americans.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $190 thousand contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general
fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FISCAL YEAR 2006
shall revert to the general fund.

There are many counseling programs and no direction regarding the type is included.
