Senate Bill 304 – Making an Appropriation for
Regional Educational Technology Assistance
– ap-
propriates $800,000 from the general fund to the Board of Regents of New Mexico State Univer-
sity for expenditure in FY06 for the Regional Educational Technology Assistance program. Any
unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY06 shall revert to the general
fund.
