SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 113 – Making an Appropriation for the Water Resources Research Institute – appropri-
ates $200,000 from the general fund to the Board of Regents of New Mexico State University for
expenditure in FY06 for the Water Resources Research Institute to increase research in water conser-
vation, planning and management. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end
of FY06 shall revert to the general fund.
