if they are used for other purposes.

Adobe PDF versions include all attachments, whereas HTML versions may not. Previously issued FIRs and

SUMMARY

Synopsis of Bill

House Joint Memorial 69 makes findings related to the shared facilities alliance and requests the

secretary of economic development to appear before the appropriate interim committee to report

on EDD’s plan for the shared facilities alliance and on any suggested legislation.

Significant Issues

The goal of shared facilities efforts is to combine entrepreneurial activity with existing facilities

at universities and private and national laboratories to produce innovated technology, create jobs,

increase the research and contribute solutions to national energy, health and security needs.
