if they are used for other purposes.

Adobe PDF versions include all attachments, whereas HTML versions may not. Previously issued FIRs and

House Joint Memorial 53 expresses appreciation to the Navajo Nation, The State Engineer and

the Interstate Stream Commission for their efforts in reaching a settlement of the Navajo Nation

water rights.

Significant Issues

The San Juan-Navajo water settlement was approved by the Navajo Nation council on December

29, 2004 and the Interstate Stream Commission on January 15, 2005.
