if they are used for other purposes.

Adobe PDF versions include all attachments, whereas HTML versions may not. Previously issued FIRs and

House Education Committee amended House Joint Memorial 13 as follows:
On page 1, line 13, strike “Educator Quality” and insert “Professional Practices and Stan-
dards”.
The amendment does not change the original intent of the legislation.
Synopsis of Bill
House Joint Memorial 13 requests the PED to report to the Legislative Education Study Commit-
tee on the progress in the development of procedures and processes of the Professional Practices
and Standards Council and any other efforts to promote the autonomy of the education profes-
sion.
