Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 800 Making an Appropriation for the Support of a Baseball team at Luna Voca-
tional-Technical Institute appropriates $75,000 from the general fund to the Commission on
Higher Education for expenditure in FY06 for the purpose of supporting a baseball team at Luna
Vocational-Technical Institute. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end
of FY06 shall revert to the general fund.
