SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 769 – Making an Appropriation for the Teacher Education Development Center in
Grants – appropriates $50,000 from the general fund to the Board of Regents of New Mexico
State University for expenditure in FY06 to increase the number of students in the teacher educa-
tion center in Grants and to increase the number of teachers who complete the program. Any un-
expended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY06 shall revert to the general
fund.
